①The MAISHI screen core should be laid flat, and the screen should be laid flat. When clamping, make sure that the warp and weft direction of the screen is consistent with the frame of the screen core to prevent tension deviation.
②From the operating specifications, the machine should be stretched by warp first and then weft. If the net is stretched pneumatically, it should be tightened at the same time.
③The pneumatic stretcher adopts a combined structure to adapt to various specifications of screen cores. Therefore, when installing, ensure that the pneumatic clamps are arranged in the center, correspond to each other, and stretch balance. At the same time, pay attention to the distance between the pneumatic clamps and the edge of the screen core, at least It is 1.5 cm shorter to avoid pulling the net and preventing uneven force.
④When placing the tension meter, it is best to select the measuring point in the center of the screen core grid, because the force is strong in the middle and weak on the four sides during the stretching process. If the two screens are stretched at the same time, the test is mainly done in the middle to prevent the hidden danger of not being stretched when the two screen cores are placed unevenly.
